Sorry for being absent for a long time, but I am back again. Hopefully I will be writing my views on 4-5 dramas this month maybe more depending on my drama catch up schedule. 

I decided to watch My Princess after so many tearful dramas, I needed a soft easy romance that won't turn me into cry me a river.. 

Well, Well, Well, It appears like I was right on my decision.. As I mentioned on my previous posts, I do watch both old and new dramas, I am currently watching 5 new dramas and also some old dramas. 

Just in January I have finished a couple of new a couple of old dramas, so starting from this week, I will be catching up the new dramas I missed while I was holding them for a week. 

Now let's jump on my views on the drama My Princess. 

Actually this drama is all about how to muck up a perfect romance drama.  

I started to watch this drama as I was looking for a light romance, I had shed enough tears with the other romantic dramas, so I decided to give it a go, without having any expectations.. From the first episode I started to enjoy it..

There are spoilers- summary about the drama so please read it accordingly 

The chemistry between the characters were great, I shipped them from the first moment, The museum scene was quite funny, she acted like she is dating with our chaebol to make the museum president jealous, she was there to check on her as she is the girl her prof loves… 

Keep the eating out after the museum scene on your mind, what she tells to HJ there is gonna be done to her in the future. 

Lee Seol is a college girl who has a crush on her archeology prof portrayed by Ryu Soo Young, I can't blame her every girl wants an intellectual guy, but her prof is in love with the Dea Han Museum President since he was a college student, who is going to be engaged with our Chaebol.. 

Yoon Jo is set to be engaged with our chaebol, her ex is the prof, but whenever she is not ok, she runs into arms of prof, he is another idiot its been many years since you break up and you have not changed your pin to enter to your flat.. for what reason?? 

LS, HY was at the hostel prof arrived at the hostel , and HY told prof that she is her woman and they share the same room.. hahah this was again way before they anything developed in between them.. 

The Church scene on ep4, when Lee Seol's mother puts her letter written to her instead of her prayer letter into the box and when the father / priest started to read it on Sunday Prayers, that scene was quite funny, it is the start of many misunderstanding, this let people to think she is pregnant, and even the priest got shocked but then he said it is normal these day, what would he say at that moment :)) 

The scenes with prof and our chaebol is fantastic, they both like / love her without knowing their feelings at the time, during the scenes I was humming let the two tigers fight haahh ( this is way before the love developed in between the characters) 

Lee Seol is loud, a bit naive but she is beautiful with a good heart, she is quite lively, I loved the outfit and tiara she was wearing when she was looking after her mother's hostel... Her transformation is amazing.. 

When Hae Young chucked out from his flat by his granddad he goes to department store for clothes shopping, but he accidentally goes to women's lingerie part and starts to look around at the same moment Princess is also at the department store and happens to pass from the same section, he's been caught while hiding behind the mannequin with sexy lingerie on eh while he is holding the mannequin everybody gives him a look :)) ofcourse he has not only been chucked out of his flat grandad put hold on all his credit cards.. :)) 

later on he's been assigned to teach her some etiquette. that's the time when they find a chance to get more close... 

We can see our chaebol is jealous of the prof.. How many times they came face to face and the anger in between them, oh gosh.. they could have easily have choked each other. One is certain of his feelings but not openly telling her, the other one is hiding and denying it as long as he can... 

The fiance Yoon Joo thinks she can jump from one men to another one whenever she wishes, she's so arrogant and selfish, mean, she does not know what she wants, maybe a little bit jealous because she knows the guy she wants as a fiance and her ex are all falling for Lee Seoul... She even selfishly can say whether you leave the palace on your own or we get you out of the palace time to disappear of.. that's being mean, jealous and selfish. It is public who is going to decide not you, it is not OK to say there's no one on your side in the palace. 

There is no reason to hide her past, as the public would love her more if they learn she was one of them, working hard to earn money... 

There are also plots twists in the drama, such as Lee Seol's & Hae Young's first meeting... Well if you are watching the drama now and if you are on the first episodes you obviously think yeah yes when she was acting as the princess when she was on part time job.. wait and see.. it was a bit surprising for me not expecting this... 

Princess & Chaebol has got opposite characters, while one is warm, open hearted ,the other one is like an iceberg, calculated.. 

We do have to wait a little bit for their first kiss but it was unexpected for both parties.... first kiss is shared on a snowy winter day while it is snowing.. 

On a drunk night when our Chaebol put our princess to bed, the alarm bells were already ringing for him.. he already fell for her no matter how he tries to deny it.... 

Yoo Joon using both men for own benefits, and she has still hopes to marry one of the other, she insanely thinks whatever I can get, whoever I can get is on my benefit.. Sorry Yoo Joon you are destined to be single for the rest of your life.. You should not be this much btch.. 

Both men are proud of Seol but one is showing this with his body language and emotions while the other one is not showing anything at all, just standing there like a statue, without showing any emotions at all. 

Later on YJ assigned as a director in the palace and she has done her best to make Seol uncomfortable but at the end she could not beat her.. 

at the end YJ lost both men, while trying to get a better one....... at the time.. but let's see what future brings for her... Men are brainless so I am guessing prof will take her back, though she does not deserve any of these guys..... 

The prof helps Seol to learn about her family history especially about her granddad. 

Lee Seol is not like Anne Hathaway in Princess Diaries.. She has a more mature character comparing to Anne in Princess Diaries. 

When Nam Jung Woo speaks I feel like he is speaking in French, 

Lee Seol & Hae Young has got that much frustration that my tv room was about to set on fire .... :)) 

The reaction grandad gave when he learned that the two spend the night alone in one room was worth to see / watch :D 

HY & YJ are in a way forced to marry.. Not gonna say whether the wedding is set or not.... Well hell Pandora's box is open after grandad asked them to marry.. Well cards are all open and on the table now, let's wait and see.. 

Somebody finally understand that YJ is after the money.. 

She is too bitchy that she wants both men for herself. She even send a text msg to both men but luckily both men were together when they received the text msg from her... 

It was quite funny when Joo Sang Wook appeared as an oppa and LS wanted to give him a warm hug and been pulled by HY haaah 

When she is preparing for her speech, it was YJ who did not like it, but she had 2 handsome revivals at her back... 

Her sister is another bitch.... 

YJ is so evil that she even went to LS's orphanage to investigate.. but she was shocked to see LS coming to orphanage with prof. 

When 2 revival females goes up for a drink, you know what's coming next, their claws are sharpened and ready for a cat fight... 

LS & HY both likes to chicken out, she chickened out when HY asked him if she likes Mr P or NJW, he chickened out when she asked if he is still the enemy... 

Sisters and YJ characters are more or less the same, jealousy, evilness, being over confident and selfish. She even dares to claim the sachet as hers and shows this prof with the influence of the director. 

LS brought the kids from the orphanage to the palace instead of going to orphanage brought the kids to palace which is much better. 

She could not think that President & Director are accomplice, president even brought the reporters to the palace.... 

It was quite unfair for him to ask her just be mine do not be a princess. Why can’t she a be a princess and your woman? Is it so hard to accept her that way?? 

She does not answer his question she just says how can I protect you if I answer your question, after the things you have done for me.. This means No to his answer. 

Director does not like Seol & she doesn’t want her as to be Princess as well as Seol’s step sister. 

I gave my points to the step sister when she did not take her into her flat and threw her toothbrush to her telling her you have not asked me when you were following me to Seoul… That was it, Mean girl no: 1 was noted, Mean girl no: 2 is no one else but director herself, she made us clear that she is evil on the museum scene. 

While watching I wondered how are they gonna tie the ending, these 2 love each other both they can not say it.. Director & Sister constantly digging her grave.. She offered money to the sister so she can go and study abroad. 

Our good former King of 2 Hearts, turned out to be the wolf here in sheep form. 

It was devastating for her learning PHY left the palace, while she was crying I felt her pain, 

That bloody YJ is not only working in cooperation with the evil sista, she is also working with reporter Yoo, she gives him some documents in an envelope… oh we all know whats in it… 

Seol finds out our chaebol is at the airport, she rushes to the airport. finds him and ask how long he's going for.. he says he doesn't know 

while they were chatting, bodyguards arrived and gave the phone to HY, she says OPPA you owe me again, she says I was the one who caught OPPA..So you can keep the Princess safe, they have been called back to the Palace. So they have rushed back to the palace. 

She is showing them the sachet she grabbed from the evil sister. She’s trying to prove that Seol is not the princess, 

So the evil sister arrives. She says the sachet has been given her by her deceased parents, so she was keeping it safe. 

Chairman said that it belonged to the princess parents, but sister says I believed it is alright the sister I grew up become the princess. oh what an evil bitch 

She is telling the story of Seol to the chairman as if its hers. 

It appears like YJ did a good job, by helping evil sister to memorise some stuff, which ofcourse YJ learnt these from her dad.. 

This has shocked everyone in the palace. 

The news about the imperial family is already broadcasted by the help of you know who… 

I do not think that I want to watch any dramas of the actress YJ & Kang Ye Sol is portraying maybe if they are in a drama of my favourite actor, but they gained an anti fan hahah.. 

Well she at least sort of confessed to prof that it is her doing.. 

That evil bitch sister needs to come back as a cockroach in her next life so someone can kill her just by throwing a slipper on her. She just deserves it.. The other evil bitch deserves to be born as sewer rat… 

She Seol questions her sister but with sister with all her shamelessness' she can still ask her sister are you scared? are you worried now?? about what? She asks ( Seol) about PYH issue but instead our bithcy director appears and tells her she’ll explain. Oh just you to bitches why don’t you just fck off. 

So director will put the evil sister into a hotel… 

Oh yes she now openly shows her true colours by asking Seol to leave the palace. 

When HJ asked what did she just told you to Seol she doesn't answer, she just says Thanks for your concern. 

When he tells her he needs to explain things to her she says she already know, if you are talking about my sister, she always likes to makes out things from novels. 

So she tells him Mr P, please do not believe things like that either, she’s being formal here 

Evil Director asks if she decided She tells the evil director that she’ll definitely come back, not to be so happy. So director is the most happy one now.. 

While this is happening someone is trying to get in touch with his dad who’s in NY… 

Mr. P asks her to release the photo taken by the seaside with Seol’s dad to public to prove that she is really the daughter of Lee Han 

but she says just a photo is not enough…. she kindly says she needs a rest.. and asks him if he believes she's a princess. he says yes, even if public doesn't believe for me until i die, you are the person who took my inheritance.. 

After Seol left the palace our prince charming takes her to his father’s house, she saw the photo of him when he was young, and the piano, she started to play the Bear Song , so when she was looking at the Piano book, she saw snow white princess stickers, and she said what’s those Princess stickers.. 

I so loved the scene when he was brushing her hair and putting her strawberry hair pin… 

While he was preparing coffee she receives a phone call, the person on the other side of the phone is nobody but our chaebol’s father.. He wants to help her but he says I can not enter to Korea. He says the only person that can move President’s heart in the nation of Korea is you…. 

He says he wants to come back to Korea and he wants her to know the Truth.. She asks if her father died bec of him? he wanted to come to Korea and speak f2f but she said no I do not want to know HY is also bothered by this issue, he said I did not killed your dad. 

It was just an accident, he said we can talk the details when we meet… 

After the conversation, we see a man coming out of the house, and another man bringing a small girl, than we understand she is starting to remmeber, 

He take her in, she has the sachet in her hand, and asks when is that is coming, ten nights passed and another ten nights and another ten nights., another ten nights, and yet another ten nights, whey isn't he coming? He said your dad is not coming anymore.. oh that was sad, there is a way of telling something to kid.. He said your dad died, your dad is death.. She said you are lying. He is in tears, and said dad promised that he’ll be back.. 

We jumped to today, prof is with the chairman, he said the sachet the evil sister is holding is fake, I have got the original under my care, I tricked the director, please trust me on this issue, I will return the Original to Seol and bring her back to here to the palace. 

HJ calls her and asks where she is? she says I’m not coming, I’ve thrown you away,, everything that Unnie said about your dad was true.. 

Prof visits the evil bitch and asks her be responsible and withdrawn from your position 

Seol wents to Chairman to ask if his son killed her dad, he said no he is not, but I take it as he did it. 

Chairman fainted… When President being informed that chairman fainted, he wanted to Princess come to the office, his man said we have to be careful what if she is not the real princess, but president said she is the daughter of Lee Han and she is the real princess. 

Even in the hospital that evil bitch, told her are you scared if chairman can not recover you can not be a princess? 

Prof warns the evil bitch one more time not to involve with Imperial business. 

he said I made a mistake, I should not be on your side. 

The evil bitch went to see the evil lister and asked her to leave, and she told her I have send the money to your account, and said there will be news that you orchestrated this and because you are princess’s sister you’ll be forgiven.. 

Infront of the hospital HJ asks Seol if the phone call she received was from his dad?? 

HJ finds the evil sister, and tells her do not even think of going to the airport, because you are banned from leaving the country anyway., he said if I did as I pleased then you’d be in handcuffs right now.. Your crime’s quite horrible. I was patient bec I thought Seoul might cry bec of that. But the trouble you’ve caused.. I’ll take care of it.. She says I’ve tainted the monarchy and I’ve collected more than enough money. I deffo not regret it.. ( Go on bitch, I bet there is no money left in your bank account, all are frozen) HJ tells her As I feared you might not regret what you did that’s why I frozen your bank account ( thank god!!! finally ) 

So don’t even think of living in another county peacefully. even though you might have the skills, don’t even think of being a lawyer. Don’t even think of living seeing Seol or your mother’s face. 

( well said my prince charming) & Don’t even contact YJ, you got it… 

Bye Bye evil bitch………. 

Seol is at her mother’s hostel, with al the anxiety she doing the cleaning up…. it’s to forget… 

HJ goes to see Seol and talks to her. Tells her he does not want to give up by being Mr. P who makes her heart race, he tells her that he misses her so much and wants to see him every day.. and wants to see her now, and tells her it’s like dying…. 

( heart breaking) 

he tells her that he loves her, that Mr. P loves her, she finally opens the door and faces him, ohh we have a hot kiss. 

aww he doesn't want to leave her alone....

He is asking if his room is empty hahaha  he wants her to escort him to his room..  I got pervy thoughts hahaah which I know not gonna happen...

Director has been called to a meeting, and been asked to take responsibility without mentioning what she has done on purpose and been asked to resign.. 

Good Good Good at least she can not harm anyone 

Prof tells Director that he has done it for the woman once he loved deathly..   

We're back to HJ & Seol, he says he wants to be sick so she won't leave his side for a second.... 

She wants HJ to leave, he said I called mother, she is coming soon but even if she comes she'll take my side, as your mother likes her son in law PHJ so much , hahah you lost the  battle here Seol, why you resisting  ( of course Mr. P every ma wants a son in law like you)

Seol finally admits that she also misses and loves son in law P but when she thinks of the hardships her father went through, she hates him and asks for time.  

Mr. P says OK hate me but do not push me away... Keep me in your line of vision...

PHJ made her a suprise called her friends and Prof to the her mother's hostel, that made her happy. 

Oh did I tell you about his replacement and how he send him off hahah 

Don't worry babes she is yours and only yours..  

meanwhile in the hospital that evil bitch is still accusing Seol.

Grandpa has passed away.....  

Everyone is in tears..   that evil did not even shed one tear....  snake..   sneaky little thing. 

Director is been fired and Seol is back to palace..  

Mr. P is in NY.....

OH OH Finally Seol said NAGA to the director!!!! 

She can't accept that she's been fired from the museum as well. 

Seol is working hard in the palace 

Seol asked why did not they ban MR. P's leaving the county...

She became so pro that she even prepared her own course schedule.

Why on earth he goes away for 2 years and not even contacting her ? What has he done ? how could he leave her for 2 years without contacting?

My dear stupid, silly, idiot, moron Princess, if you tell a man you should make the woman wait a bit, do not send the present on their birthday make them wonder and when asked tell them that you did not want your present getting mixed up with other presents., you’ll be treated the same way…)

She received a lot of presents and she asks which one is from Mr. P her maiden told her she has not received any presents from him, not even a text....

Seol opened the palace to public, so they can visit, she became a better woman. 

She had a driving exam the next day after her bd but she could not pass this time aswell. ah poor girl you need Mr. P :D 

She went to seaside where grandad's ashes were scattered, she asks for MR. P for herself.   she tells him that he misses him. 

She's driving a pinky car slowly like a grandma, we see that there is a car following her with a speed, she shouts, screams..    and that car just passes her and parks front of her... 

 and ta daaa here is Mr. P...

She parked so closely that she can not even open her door  

hhaah 

He tells her that he's gonna obey her orders MaMa...

She cooked for her, and when she looked at his face and asked you are back now right you are not gonna be my one year boy friend right 

When she goes out to bathroom he takes the big rock from his pocket, but that moment his phone rings, and he put the ring on the table , look at the coincidence Seol saw the ring..   ahh 

He tells her that he needs to go to the blue house...

President asked him not to marry Seol and go to Washington bec of tax fraud image?? We see that he is not a strong character, he can’t cope with things… 

If the president asked him to kill himself was he gonna kill himself? 

what did we had at the end.. He did not even propose her properly.. 

ahh I so wanted see royal wedding , honeymoon and half a dozen of babies 

He just left that big rock by the fountain pool. So he is at the airport waiting to go to Washington DC he looks around and can not see the Seol, so he jumps into the plane, he asked for a glass of red wine, when he was about to sip a hand stopped him, he looked it was Seol, he asked her how did she got in? She said bec you wanted bec I wanted.. He give her a kiss, she gave him a passionate kiss, end of story!! So where is the wedding? what did we have? Did she dropped being a princess?? 

If she wanted to give up being a princess why did not she do it when he first asked her to be his woman??This does not make sense. We need a sequel, remake, with a proper ending.. thats it… 

One big slap to the moron prof, that woman played with you not only with you with HY, she tried to harm your student which you also had a crush on. She tried to damage the imperial family image, and you open your arms and say welcome back to me baby… Ahh Jeezzz I had enough of idiot brainless men in this drama…. This woman dumped you for HJ, dumped HJ for you, caused so much tantrums, problems blah blah, and you forget things and forgive this much easily!!! so let her get away with things with a blink of an eye, let the evil win… 

They should have solved this princess issue by ep 8 and by episode 16, we should have seen, Mr.P's dad is now back to Korea, everything is resolved. Mr P & Seol is married with a one daughter, Seol is expecting their 2nd child, the child is running around the palace garden..   etc etc..  Seol, Mr P and dad is sitting and enjoying the bright summer's day and suddenly we see her rushing to the hospital, she gave birth to a son, the future prince. They are both happy, they took the children to the sea where they scattered the chairman's ashes..  They share a big, passionate kiss, daughter asks what dad is doing to mummy :P  blah blah blah.  

I expected a much more better ending ahh  that's left to our imagination.....

I am so angry that they have only give us a couple of kisses, they had such a great chemistry 

So such a great chemisty is wasted, Now Kim is married to Rain oppa and I don't think we'll ever see her in such a cute a romance, maybe Rain oppa will get jealous hahah

We can clearly see why Rain OPPA got married with this beautiful girl :)) ( Kim Tae Her)

Oh God !!!  I love Song Seung Heon and thanks to his sweetness I turned into a fan girl after watching his few dramas
