The protagonist intends to buy a land where a riding park is located and owned by the heroine's family. He wants to turn the park into a shopping center, but the heroine refuses this transaction. The protagonist does everything in order to subdue her himself. The heroine – a well-heeled women in business – has sufficient experience to solve all the problems that are created by the hero. They are involved inthe business game, unaware of a powerful opponent lurking in the shadows. When the heroes become more vulnerable, the competitor takes a step ahead as the protagonist falls in love with the heroine and decides to end the war and help her.
